Week 1’s NFL Games on Sky Sports Announced

Just one week away from our first NFL Sunday of the 2023, Sky Sports have announced which games British fans will be able to watch on their dedicated channel.

The 2023 NFL Season will kick off this coming Thursday, September 7th, with the defending Super Bowl Champion, Kansas City Chiefs welcoming the Detroit Lions.

When Sunday rolls around, Sky Sports NFL once again broadcast its traditional triple header, culminating in NBC’s Sunday Night Football. Prior to this game, Sky have selected the following games for broadcast.

6pm – San Francisco 49ers @ Pittsburgh Steelers
9:25pm – Miami Dolphins @ Los Angeles Chargers

As has been historically true with NFL Gamepass, the games aired on Sky in the 6pm and 9pm slots will be blacked out on the platform. Starting this season, NFL Gamepass is only available via DAZN in the UK. While unavailable to watch live, these two games will be watchable on NFL Gamepass on DAZN 24 hours after the conclusion of the respective games.
